Law360 (July 16, 2020, 5:34 PM EDT) — A California federal judge has vacated the Trump administration’s rescission of most of the Obama-era rule limiting natural gas methane emissions on federal and Native American lands, finding the reversal was ill-considered, ill-supported and broadly flawed.
