Law360 (July 15, 2020, 4:30 PM EDT) — Apple and Samsung’s U.S. unit have asked a California federal court to intervene in their dispute over documents Apple requested as it tries to fend off class actions from app developers and consumers accusing the Silicon Valley tech giant of monopolizing the market for apps on its devices.
