Three Firms Guide Finjan’s $44M Acquisition By Fortress
Law360 (June 10, 2020, 3:04 PM EDT) — Cybersecurity company Finjan said Wednesday it has agreed to be bought out by affiliates of investment manager Fortress in a deal that values the company at almost $44 million and is guided by GCA Law Partners, Perkins Coie and Sidley Austin.
East Palo Alto, California-based Finjan Holdings Inc. said Fortress Investment Group LLC has agreed to buy all its outstanding shares for $1.55 each in a tender offer. After the offer is closed, Fortress will acquire any other outstanding shares through a merger, according to a release.
