Calif. Federal Judge Blocks Trump Asylum-Seeker Entry Rules

The Trump administration can’t enforce a rule issued last month that said migrants can only apply for asylum if they cross the U.S. border at a designated port of entry, a California federal judge ruled on Wednesday.
